My first impression ….. THIS ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! No person in their right mind would devise such a monstrosity. This does not, in any way show an understanding of the “neighborhood concept”. Any planner should first consider the mantra of a doctor — “First, do no harm!” This is harmful in so many ways.
